The first step is to reach out via out our contact form or email us at inspiratostudio@gmail.com. Ideally, we love to collect some basic info and overall vision to understand how we can work together. We will guide you through the entire process to make sure all of your questions are answered!
INITIAL MEETING
We will set up time to go over all of your design ideas, any mood boards, inspiration, and budget. Inspirato Studio will work with you to create a stationery suite that fits your style & theme to make sure we set the perfect tone for your event.
After we talk through design details & timeline, we will send you an invoice for review. Once approved, a 50% deposit will be required to secure the custom order. The remaining balance will be due a week before project delivery or pick-up.
DESIGN PROCESS
After a deposit is made, it’s time for design! Based on all details that we discuss, we will create custom invitation suite designs for you to consider. We will finalize wording, fonts, colors, paper and print types, and any other fun details/add-ons! Inspirato Studio will keep you closely updated on design approval deadlines to make sure we finish up your dream suite on time.
PROCESS TIME
The average Inspirato Studio wedding stationery timeline from first contact to delivery is 4-8 weeks. If you are on a tighter timeline, exceptions can definitely be made.

hot foil
This is our jam. Similar in process to letterpress, hot foil leaves an embossed impression on the card. Our hot foiled invitations are printed on luxurious stock and can be combined with digital printing.
digital foil
A more budget conscious alternative if you would like to add some metallic elements. These laser finished prints have a mirror finish for a stunning look.
letterpress
Colored ink is stamped into thick soft cotton stock, leaving a refined impression in the card. A high -end, elegant, and luxurious finish.
digital printing
Digital print allows for unlimited color options and photo print. This the most economical and cost friendly printing option, with the quickest turn around time. Digital print can be done on invitations and envelopes.
